Your Coach

About Kellie
Kellie is the founder of Your Journey Recovery Coaching, a service dedicated to supporting people living with psychosocial disability, to build greater stability, confidence and independence in their everyday lives.
Her work centres on providing practical, person-focused support that helps individuals navigate services, strengthen their support networks and develop the skills needed to move forward in their recovery.
Kellie works with individuals at their own pace, recognising that every individual’s experiences, challenges and goals are different. The focus of her work is creating a supportive environment where people feel respected, understood and empowered to take meaningful steps toward the life they want to build.
Professional Background
Kellie’s professional experience has seen her working with individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges, including those engaged with forensic mental health services, where support often requires careful coordination between multiple services and systems. This work has provided valuable insight into the impact that mental health, social circumstances and service access can have on a person’s recovery journey.
In addition to mental health services, Kellie has worked within the disability sector, supporting individuals and families to navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), understand their plans and connect with appropriate supports.
